Himalayan Salt Plate after 48 uses

This glowing slab of Himalayan salt was used at the OMSI Gala Even on Molecular Gastronomy. We cooked about 50 duck breasts as samples for guests, and have since used this same plate for dinner parties and quick snacking. The surface quality, structural integrity, and beauty of this salt have not only not diminished, but seem to have improved from the use!
